Flossing gets to the places the toothbrush can’t reach. It will remove food particles and other substances that the bristles can not get to. You should floss at least once per day.

Too much phosphorus can deplete the amount of calcium in the body which can lead to unhealthy teeth. Also, drinks with corn syrup and food dye make your teeth lose their color and they begin to appear dull.
Not only will your lungs love you, but your mouth will love you too. Tobacco causes the teeth to become discolored. It can also lead to a variety of oral issues such as oral cancer and periodontal issues. Smoking tobacco also causes bad breath.
Consume Calcium and vitamins
Calcium and Vitamin D are essential to your oral health. You can get these crucial elements from diary products such as yogurt, milk, cheese, etc. Vitamin B is also important to oral health. It helps keep your teeth from bleeding and cracking.
